Description

I've got a friend who works as in radiotherapy. This generic model of a machine used to treat patients, by firing radiation as cancer cells to hopefully make the cancer die off.

They wanted the model to help explain to patients how it works, and also as a leaving gift for a colleague.

I've printed it so the two circles do turn using support filliment with the circle that is horonotal leaver that up with a screwdriver between it and it's hole. With the vertical circual in put the bed part againt a desk and tap the model to free it.

Also be careful snipping away the tree supports. My first attempt I had to glue the head that is on two legs back on.

eventually I got it working by separating the couch. also made it more color accurate. also an important note: you DO need to use the support filament otherwise the gantry will NOT be rotatable

I tried it twice and failed. For both cases it was because the rotational part. The one that gets printed vertically did not stick to the rest of the model and felt off, resulting the whole print to fail. Any advices what to do?
