Automatic Angle Divider

Important update: New locking pin! Harder to push in but should be more secure.

After many versions and tests, it is now ready for the public.
The automatic angle divider makes it easy to take out angles for sawing trims.

Important to know before printing

• Use my printing profile, it is adapted for the model to work as intended.
• The model should be printed in PLA or PLA Matte and has not been tested in other filaments.
• All printed parts, no hardware required.
• The model has tight tolerances, make sure you have calibrated your filament if you are using anything other than PLA Matte from Bambu Lab.

How to use it

• Place the divider on the wall or the surface that you wish to set the trim on.
• Take the divider to the mitre saw without changing the angle.
• Adjust the saw blade so that it is parallel to the angle indicator.
• Make sure you saw the right side of the trim, that's usually the hardest part. Don´t ask me how I know….

Assembly instructions

• When assembling it is important that you look at my picture below and align the gears correctly, otherwise the model will not work correctly.
• Place the gear in the correct place! Place the top part on the lower part and lock with the pin. Place the plate in the slot.
