VOLTRON – Defender of the Universe

This is my unique take on Voltron, designed from the ground up to be a fully transformable and highly detailed 3D-printable model.

Each of the five legendary lions combines seamlessly to form the mighty defender of the universe, complete with articulated joints and the iconic Blazing Sword.

To download the whole project including all lions and instructions use “Download STL” on a webbrowser.

You will get access to the .3mf files for every lion and a .zip folder containing the whole Voltron project inluding build instructions and the .stl files.

Included Models:

🖤 Shiro’s Lion (Black) – Forms the central body and head of Voltron, representing leadership and strength.
❤️ Keith’s Lion (Red) – Forms the right arm, symbolizing courage and determination.
💚 Pidge’s Lion (Green) – Forms the left arm, representing intelligence and adaptability.
💙 Lance’s Lion (Blue) – Forms the right leg, embodying loyalty and adventure.
💛 Hunk’s Lion (Yellow) – Forms the left leg, symbolizing power and reliability.
⚔️ Blazing Sword – The legendary weapon of Voltron.

Special Features:

✅ Fully articulated – With ratchet and ball-joints.

✅ 65cm tall – when formed as Voltron.

✅ Scaleable – from 70% to 150%.

Technical Details:

✅ Designed for FDM 3D printers – Tested with Bambu Lab P1S and A1.
✅ Print-bed compatibility – All parts fit a minimum 256 x 256 mm print bed.
✅ Assembly required – Some parts need to be glued, and additional M2 screws are required (see assembly guide).
✅ File formats – Includes .3MF profiles for Bambu Studio.
✅ Material recommendations – Tested with Bambu Lab filaments (see assembly guide for details).

This is the amount of filament per color you will need for Voltron.

!USE FLAT-HEAD SCREWS FOR THE MODEL!

The print profiles (.3MF) are organized within the respective folders of each lion for easy access. Additionally, a separate .zip file contains the assembly instructions as a PDF and all .STL files.

You are free to modify print settings to match your preferences.
