I wanted to design my own hex shelf because I didn't like other people's mounting solutions.

Here is the result. Floating hexagons as a shelf. The hexagons have an inner height of 16cm and a frame of 2cm. The attachment is intended for srews of 4.5mm with countersunk head.

The print profile is designed accordingly for a beautiful front look with a Hilbert curve. This in combination with a PEO or Textured-Pei gives the shelf a very nice finish.

The mount has different settings because it is not visible and is loaded differently by the screw.

There is also a jig to combine several shelves in a honeycomb pattern.

More pictures will follow. So far there are only proof-of-concept prints. The original ones still take a while, but are in the works.

If you 't like the dimensions, the Fusion file is also attached and is fully parameterized.

Ich wollte mein eigenes Hex-Regal entwerfen, weil mir die Aufhängungen der anderen nicht gefallen haben.

Hier ist das Ergebnis. Schwebende Hexagons als Regale. Die Hexagons haben eine innere Höhe von 16cm und einen Rahmen von 2cm. Die Befestigung ist für Schrauben bis 4,5mm Senkkopf vorgesehen.

Das Druckprofil ist entsprechend auf eine schöne Frontoptik mit Hilbert-Kurve ausgelegt. Das in Kombination mit einer PEO oder Textured-Pei ergibt ein schönes Finish.

Die Aufhängung hat andere Einstellungen, da nicht sichtbar und durch die Schraube anders belastet.

Zusätzlich ist eine Anzeichenhilfe dabei um mehrere Regale als Wabenmuster zu kombinieren.

Weitere Bilder folgen. Bisher gibt es nur Proof-of-Concept-Drucke. Die richtigen dauern noch etwas, sind aber in Arbeit.
