Parametric Double-hook

Introduction

This hook was designed to hang my EV charging cable, when charging, in order to get it off the ground and keep it clean.

The diameters of this hook is 40x49mm with the openings being 75° and 110°, the hook has a wall thickness of 6mm

The model is parametrized in Fusion360, so the hook can easily be resized / reconfigured to fit your needs. See image for what dimensions are changed by the parameters.

Assembly

The model is ready for use directly from the print plate.

Print Settings:

The model is printed purely from perimeters to increase strength.

The hook in the images is printed from 'Bambu Lab Mandarin Orange PLA Matte' at 0.23mm layer height with a 0.4mm nozzle on a Bambu Lab X1C.
