Radienmesser
Print Profile(2)

Description
I sought a device to determine component radii. Radius gauges are an option, but many are needed. Caliper attachments exist, but require converting measurements (most values multiplied by 2.414, not readily calculated mentally). Yesterday, an idea struck. Today, I held the prototype, designed and printed. Creation proved challenging, but functionality is excellent. However, improvements are possible.
The filament disc features the designed radius R5, precisely measured.
The golden locking ring from a previous project measures precisely 40mm in diameter, a measured radius of 20mm.
I am thrilled with its performance.
Measurements are read from the pointer's left edge, not its tip.
A 0.2mm nozzle would likely yield superior results. (Yes, I know, first-world problems😉)
Sunlu PLA+ black

X1-Carbon 0.12mm high quality with 0.4mm nozzle.
