Floating Corner Shelf
Print Profile(1)

Description
It is a struggle - the more you print the more space you need to showcase all the makes.
But wait! Now you can print space - with my new designed Floating Corner Shelf!
The size of the shelf is 185 x 185 x 240mm. You need 4x 4.5mm screws for assembly. Depending on your wall they need to be 45mm long. For my walls I am using 6x30mm wall plugs and 4.5x45mm screws.
Print preparation:
Make sure that your print bed is clean and grease-free and use a quality brand and dry filament. Calibrate your filament if necessary because the sliding mechanism has tight tolerances.
Print settings:
Use the 0.2mm standard settings for everything. I recommend support at least for the bracket. A brim for the shelf is recommended to increase the bed adhesion. Set the wall number to three for a robust print. 8% gyroid infill should be enough.
An AMS is not necessary. See my 3mf print profile for details.
Assembly:
- Attach the bracket to your wall.
- Use a spirit level to align the bracket.
- The holes in the bracket have 7mm diameter. This should give you some room for adjustments.
- Slide the shelf over the bracket from one side.
- Decorate your new corner shelf.
