Snap Ring Bite Indicator

Who doesn't know it, you are fishing and want to forgo electronic bite indicators and the bell because the fish are quite shy, most of us then take a stick and lay the line on the ground. But sometimes it happens that you have a bite and don't register it because the line has simply fallen off the stick or you are still busy with other things.

I have already uploaded a ring with a recess for glow sticks here and this is the glow stick-free alternative.

The ring is simply clamped through the small recess into the line between the reel and the lowest ring and you already have a silent bite indicator that you can use during the day. I myself fish with such a ring and with a bottom taster assembly for trout on trout lakes.

I have printed the whole thing for myself in Glow in the Dark PETG filament so that you already have the ring in your field of vision in the twilight hours should it not yet glow, so you can charge it with a flashlight.

If you scale the ring a little larger, you could even wear it as a fancy bracelet that glows in the dark.

For the print settings, I would use a 3mm brim for safety.
