Description

These are interchangeable ears for NX3CREATIONSLLC 5 magnet Disney headbands. I used the blank ear file in their pack and added different painted designs for our families upcoming trip to Disney. Hope someone else can use as well :)

You will need 10x 3mm x 6mm Magnets for the pair.

I really like these designs! I was having some trouble fitting 6x3 magnets into the holes (particularly the ones towards the edges) so I started scaling up the X and Z axis to 103.33% and also used superglue to make sure those magnets aren't going anywhere. I tried doing these with a single AMS by adding pauses between layers and was mostly successful. It was doable but also stressful and a decent amount of work.

Came out nicely! Someone else mentioned they were having issues with the magnets as well. I'm going through and adjusting all the CAD models of the ears now to increase the size of the magnet holes just a tiny bit. They are currently a very tight press fit but could stand to be a tiny bet larger :) Thanks for the review and the picture!!
