In the stl file you have also the front part in one piece if you don't print on bambu lab.

Sorry I didn't see this comment until just now. I did resize to 110% to fit an adult Male head. But then added the padding in the back to further customize the fit.

Printed awesome on P1S. Used Matchbox PLA, 0.16mm layer. Checked my measurements for fitting with the "Budwin Sizing Heads". I have a large head, number 4 and at 100% scale it fits me perfect. Just waiting on my LeD eyes to get shipped and all will be complete. Thank you for posting this.

Hi, I have P1P, P1S, A1mini, A1. Of course, with supports. I recommend the profile I uploaded. If you want to do it yourself then definitely with supports.
