here's what happens at 200% scale (with auto 45 angle nornal supports!) it takes much finger pain or squeezing flat against a heavy table to pop each arm in, legs easier to pop in, I wonder or I can solder down that little support stick to allow it to fill the ball joint cavity better so no glue is needed to keep the legs from moving so much at 200% scale. of course at the int3nded normal 100% scale it works almost perfectly. at 200% it's also really run just very loose but that's what I get for dumb scaling it up without any extra work...it still looks great at 200% scaled up really fast and slapping on supports... i may try making the leg ball parts use glue and that should fix it. I also added a logo ak47 and it's in black which I think looks so much cooler. I may try one even larger at 300% and maybe hollow

NEEDS SUPPORTS but still fantastic and all parts snap together almost like...legos ...of course with mandatory finger pain assembly time of course...like a real Lego factory worker experience . bambu handy app should let us push a button and automatically add supports/brims

First print failed, but printed again with 2mm brim on body, arms, and head with success! Legs were difficult to assemble, I used a hammer to tap them into place, but a vise would be easier. Arms fit easily, but are a bit loose. Printed at 0.2mm with Polymaker Polylite PLA. A little too fussy for children I think, but very nice recreation of the classic minfig! Might be better with smaller nozzle and or finer layer height in PETG.
