Description

官方提供的AMS顶部安装方案,将料盘往后倾斜,导致重心后移,所以需要增加三角支撑来稳定桁架。

本人的方案基于AMS不安装料盘(因为我的料盘需要另外的密封盒干燥保存),所以将AMS的重心前移,这样就无需三角支撑也极其稳固。

另外,打印的零件只有两个,再配合M3*12螺栓和M3螺母压紧锁死,零配件完全固定在横梁上。

The official top mounting solution for the AMS tilts the trays back, causing the center of gravity to shift back, so additional triangular supports are needed to stabilize the truss.

My solution is based on the fact that the AMS does not mount the trays (because my trays need a separate sealed box for dry storage), so the center of gravity of the AMS is shifted forward, which makes it extremely stable without the need for triangular supports.

In addition, there are only two parts printed, and with the M3*12 bolts and M3 nuts clamped and locked, the parts are fully secured to the beams.

nice design, fits great, but the hotend hits the 2 front spools on tall prints.
