Description

This is a new extension for Gravitrax, well I haven't seen it so far although its quite simple.

What you also need:

  • Neodym Supermagnet ⌀ 10 x 5 mm
  • Marbles
  • 1.75mm filament as pin for the joint

Simply assemble the parts as shown in the video, though in this version, you only need some 1.75mm filament to use as the pin for the hinge.

Excellent idea, works great too! Magnets do not need to be glued in, as the sphere is pushed aside laterally to restart. I used two neodymium magnets, half as thick, works very well too!

Hi, You could put a sticker on it to dampen the impulse a bit. There are also printed components that provide better guidance, which might be worth considering as well.
