Logo rotated 180° and tiny gap in bottom left and right has been fixed!
I didn't want to have to keep buying the correct size sachets from BL as they're expensive and don't last long at all.
There's lots of similar versions to this on Printables but I wanted some of my own changes; like a multi-colour logo, more slots in the lid, the lid to fit better - but main thing I wanted was for it to be easily removable but still fit in the AMS well.
It is not a tight fit in the AMS, but that helps with removing it.
You may need to unclip the lid with a thin blade or similar when removing desiccant.
Top face of the lid is completely flat, not curved like the original panel - but this allowed for a nice surface finish and nice multi-colour logo (and it's way easier to print).
Printed on the X1C - but suitable for all machines and if you don't have the AMS you don't need to paint the surfaces of the logo but I've included the 3MF anyway. (Don't know why you'd download this if you didn't have the AMS though lol)
I bought a 2lbs bottle of rechargeable beads from Amazon - when they go dark green you can recharge them by microwave or oven. Link is here: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B087T2GBPX?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
I printed in black and white PLA.
The weight of each one is 19g, and with a full amount of desiccant it weighs 72g (could probs squeeze a bit more in there tbh). So you'll get over 100g of desiccant in there.
Lastly, I know there are a few different AMS versions around - I don't know what my version is at all unfortunately. However, it has a loose fit so I'm hoping it'll fit most/all versions.
If it does not fit your machine, please let me know and maybe we can work out some edits to fit it correctly.
