Toothbrush Case

This is a toothbrush case with a print-in-place hinge and a non-breakable clip.

After printing, break off the two built-in supports.
Place the clip in the deeper hole.

The second gif is the assembly instructions.

I added clips to the housing models with three sizes of joint thickness:
TeethbruschCASE_clip_1 - the smallest thickness (one triangle).
TeethbruschCASE_clip_2 - medium thickness (two triangles).
TeethbruschCASE_clip_3 - the largest thickness (three triangles).
Select the clip to match your printed CASE. (Let us know in the comments which size clip fits your CASE).

There are two case sizes to choose from.

Version L - large:
Internal dimensions:
Width about 22mm, length about 42mm, depth 16mm. Hole for toothbrush 8x7mm.

Version S - small:
Internal dimensions:
Width about 17mm, length about 36mm, depth 15mm. Hole for toothbrush 7x6mm.

Version M - medium:  (update 03.04.2025)
Internal dimensions:
Width about 20mm, length about 40mm, depth 15mm. Hole for toothbrush 8x7mm.

You can print from whatever you want - but it will look best with PLA.

Tip: Print clips with 0% infill (you can add a brim) to reduce the risk of them detaching from the build plate.

How is it different from other projects of this type?
1. It has a hinge print in place - you don't need to plug and weld anything.
2. It has a reinforced (not breakable) clip - so that the case will serve longer.
3. By the way, it is a nice test for calibrating the flow in your printer:
if the hinge is not too loose or too tight - you have a great flow calibration, 
if the hinge is very tight, the flow is a bit too high,
if the hinge is too loose well now is the best time to calibrate the flow, after flow calibration - print the case again.
