D5x3 mm Round Magnet (20PCS) - CA006
D8x3 mm Round Magnet (20PCS) - CA008

Description

Modular target for toy blasters like NERF. After a hit, the target is automatically returned to its original position by a magnetic mechanism. The target can also be extended as required.
The mechanism is very smooth-running so that it can also be triggered by weak blasters. Not to be used for airsoft.

Material required for one unit:

QuantityDescription
2xø5x3mm Round Magnet (CA006)
2x

ø8x3mm Round Magnet (CA008)

Printing instructions:

The target can be printed with any material. For better durability, however, PETG or similar is recommended for the target. (If printing in two colors, two identical materials must be used so that they do not separate from each other.
Support material is required for the slots of the magnets and the V-grooves.

Assembly instructions:

Two ø8x3mm magnets and two ø5x3mm (optional but recommended) are required per target for assembly.
In addition, a short piece of filament with a diameter of ø1.75mm is required for the hinge.

The assembly itself can be seen in the assembly instructions or in the video below.

Important notes:

  • Ensure that the polarity of the magnets is correct during assembly (they must attract each other everywhere).
  • Make sure that the hinge can be moved freely and with very little resistance. (The piece of filament used should be as straight as possible and not curved).
  • If the hinge cannot be moved without resistance, this must be ensured. This is extremely important, as otherwise the target will not function properly.
