Description
This is a functional replica of a compass, crafted using twenty 5mm diameter, 2.5mm high magnets. Other 5mm magnets can be substituted, provided they are arranged in two rows with a total height not exceeding 26mm. To accommodate magnets of different diameters, simply modify the diameter of the two cylindrical negative parts in the model. Instructions on adjusting these parameters can be found via a link beneath my previous model.
Regarding baseplate printing, I've incorporated two modifiers: one for ironing the central section, and another to reduce the top three layers' line width to 0.3mm. Modifying these parameters is discouraged as they ensure optimal print quality. Furthermore, I employed a layered color change technique to highlight the top text layer with a contrasting hue—no AMS system is required.
