There are a few holders like this already, but I always found them way too bulky as they tend to give space for way too many blades - when all you do is 3D printing, the wear on these is so little that I really don't need many at hand. Therefore, I found two are enough as then you have one of every common type: standard, hardened steel and for small holes. Two inside a holder, one inside the tool - makes it fast to switch them out without needing much space on your pegboard.
The holder fits common Deburring Tools with a hexagonally shaped body, 12mm across flats (I attached an image so you get a better idea in case I use the wrong words here). My tool is from a company called Libraton and is made from aluminium; I highly recommend that one.
Prints with support. Layer height has no impact, print as coarse or fine as you like - I used 0.24mm
