Last week, my electrician and I installed some smart energy meters in the electrical panel in our apartment. When we took off the Distribution Box cover, one of the plastic locking screws broke. I wanted to buy a new one, but I was told by several stores that this type has been discontinued for a long time. So either I come up with a DIY solution, or they sell me a new box and I have to pay an electrician to replace everything.
I didn't like that, so I created this design in onshape that replicates the original locking screw.
For high strength, I recommend printing it lying lengthwise with supports. But I printed it perpendicular with supports so that in an emergency situation you can break off the tip by force - theoretically it will crack between the layers.
