This design boasts a combination of date telling ability and a way to elegantly show off your filament swatches. It features space to hold 12 filament swatches and 2 calendar date cubes. Space at the front of the design allows you to display the current swatch that features the current month.
📆 The Calendar Cubes
This design includes 4 cubes - you need an A and a B cube to be able to display all 31 days in a month. There are two versions. This design is also compatible with the Calendar Stash Cubes - which add additional functionality by allowing you to split the cubes open to stash something inside.
AMS - Text was extruded 0.01mm so the geometry doesn't translate to the slicer, but the edges are still there for easy colouring in Bambu Slicer
Deboss - Text was extruded 0.5mm so that it can be read when printed all one colour
Calendar Stash Cubes - If you want to use these cubes instead, you will need to download Cube 1 and Cube 2 from here (Top and bottom pieces for each cube, as above either AMS ready or debossed)
🌈 The FIlament Swatches
Did you know the average 3D printing hobbyist has 12 different coloured filaments?.. Well if that's you, this is a great opportunity to have a handy guide to all your filaments easily accessible to you. There are a number of filament swatch files:
Detailed Print at 0.2mm layer height - Contains a few simple elements for a quick filament test such as 0.2, 0.4, 0.6 and 0.8mm thickness panels. A stringing test (0.1mm ase height), curved edges, chamfer edges.
Blank: a blank canvas for you to add your own text, maybe the name and brand of filament as well as the month?
Swatches - Detailed: all swatches on one plate. Probably not ideal for most people, but good if you just want the dates now and maybe add individual filament examples later
January, February etc.: each month is its own file so you can print one month per filament if you want to use them as filament swatches
Simple - Just a swatch and the month name
