Description

I designed a mini server rack with slots for 5 drawers. I designed drawers to hold:

  • PoE switch
  • Raspberry Pi 4 with PoE hat
  • Raspberry Pi 5 with PoE hat 
  • Raspberry Pi 4 along side Toshiba

It is assembled with M4 heat set inserts and M4 screws. A vertical heat press is very helpful in getting the heated inserts installed straight. It features 120mm fans on each side (one blowing in and one blowing out) to keep everything cool. I have included the native FreeCAD file so that the drawers can be adapted for all kinds of other electronics. The drawers are printed with tree supports from the bed only. The feet are printed in TPU for vibration dampening.
