I made this for a friend, and might as well share it for you all too!
I initially made it very simple, just a .25" shaft. But that tended to get very wobbly during the last few dozen layers. So I added some ribs for rigidity, and ended up liking it better too.
The cup is sized the same as several candlesticks I measured, seems to be a standard size. It's .875" (22.2mm) at the top, 1" deep and narrows to .75" (19mm) at the bottom.
I printed several of both sizes in PLA, they all came out very clean. I used .16 layer height, of course you can adjust as you see fit.
Note, in one picture you'll see some fuzz on the short one, that's due to random seam placement. I recommend aligned seams on these.
