Description

A Voronoi cat model is an elegant and modern representation of a feline figure, created using a unique geometric partitioning. The sculpture is a three-dimensional structure that is characterized by the Voronoi diagram pattern, where the surface is divided into distinct, irregularly-shaped cells that are tessellated to form a cohesive whole.

This did not stick to the bed at all. I was away from home and luckily decided to check on it. it was about half way done when I stopped it.

Thank you for your feedback, I will upload an updated model with the bottom part being full instead of voronoi style as the rest of the model. In the meantime, you can try to use glue to ensure enough adhesion is present.

Replying to @user_2567237706 :
Just cut first 0,6 mm of model and then it is working fine, without it it is just standing on few dots on pad, quite easy fix, Otherwise really nice model.

Very nice model, only higly reccommend to cut first 0,6 mm of model otherwise it is just floating on pad on few dots and then is big problem with adhesion. Maybe author could upload fixed model and save some frustration for others :)

I would love to print this, but for some reason I cannot get the X1C to print this on a glued smooth plate or textured PEI plate, will fail every time I try.

You have to cut around first 0,6 mm of model otherwise it is just floating on few dosts on pad. With this fix it is fixed nicely to pad with 100x bigger area.

Continual issues with bed adhesion (resolved by lowering model into the build plate approximately .5 mm) were then replaced by the inability to remove tree supports from the model withoit destroying the model itself. Twice. Even with support interface material. Have not made a clean version after 6 failed attempts and much tweaking to the model. Will not be trying a 7th time.
