Many thanks to the designer for making this! I&#39;m just adding a print profile made with the designer&#39;s STEP file, painting the text black. If you don&#39;t have an AMS, just insert a pause at layer 71 to change color… or use the ole&#39; Sharpie method.&nbsp;Important note about formula printed on it:<ul><li>This print has a fixed chord length (distance between its two points on an arc) of 100mm</li><li>The height of the arms is 32mm, and the distance from the base of the caliper to the start of the arms is 4mm, for a total apparatus height of 36mm</li><li>So you could really just use “R = 1250/(36 - y) + (36 - y)/2” (Be sure to use correct <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer ugc" href="https://www.mathsisfun.com/operation-order-pemdas.html">order of operations</a> when calculating the radius.)</li><li>Subtracting the caliper measurement from the apparatus height gives you the height of the arc you&#39;re measuring, to <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer ugc" href="https://www.vcalc.com/wiki/vcalc/radius-of-circle-from-chord-length-and-arc-height">plug into the formula</a> with a chord length of 100mm</li><li>But because of printing tolerances and the fact that my caliper isn&#39;t a perfect fit in this thing, my apparatus height 35.5 instead of 36, so I use that instead.</li><li>You can double-check your height-of-apparatus by measuring on a flat surface (see photo)</li></ul>

0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill, AMS-friendly

This tool can find large radii without much math or calculation. I was able to derive a simple formula, which seems too easy for the job but I attached a screenshot of the calculation. Hope this tool can be usefull to some.
