AMS latch

Description
the cover latch broke on my AMS. The other parts on MakerWorld didn't look good to me.
the layer weakness didn't make sense. So I split the part into two and added a M2 screw to strengthen.
The design has no clearance between the two parts. Depending on your printer calibration you might need to sand a little or force together.
It is a little tricky to apply the right force together but not too much to break.
In the cap has is a thin layer in the hole. This is to allow “bridging” of the hole. It can easily be pushed through with the screw.
Because this part is printed it can be a different shape than the production injection molded version. It is bigger.
A difference in the original and this is there are no stops at the end of travel. you can rotate it as far as you want.
The screw strengthens but is not required. It is designed for the a M2 socket head cap screw x 10mm long. It could be a 16mm long screw.
it might be tempting to use the screw to pull the pin in, but the threads are not strong enough.
Don't put the screw in until installed it forces the end apart.
