I created some printable labels for Ikea Kallax boxes (Dröna). The plate can be slided into the clip and removed by hand or a gap on the left hand side if too tight. If not fitting you can scale the label, alternatively you can remove a little bit of the label edges with a hand deburrer. Better do a test print before series production, but should be fine for a Bambu printer :)

Print instruction:

Labels should be printed with 0.2 mm layer height. Take care of the orientation, the whide side should be faced down. Without AMS it should be possible to print single color logos with only one manual color swap, but i did not try that.

The clip prints without support. I made a normal version, easy to remove and a tight version to prevent kids removing the clip easily.

I prepared these logos (see pictures):

Folders, filament spools, terminal bricks, car, train, pencil, wood building blocks, book, tools, gamepad, cloths, Snacks, baby, sport, medicine, kitchenware and Pillow/Blanket and bambu logo.

Update 02.02.2024: added Teddy, makeup, tooth brush, music, jewelery, camera/photo, decoration/plant, shoes, cables, board games, movies, handbag

For additional labels just ask or create your own, its quite simpel.

1. Download an SVG Icon (Color doesnt matter) (e.g. from https://www.iconfinder.com)
2. Add SVG like any other STL file into bambu studio
3. Use uniform scale to scale Y to maximum 16 mm, for wide objects maximum 35 mm in X
4. Disable uniform scale and set Z to 0,2 mm
5. Color the SVG (best with object menue, all or just parts of it if available)
6. Right click to center the SVG
7. Right click to center the empty sign
8. Mark the empty sign and all parts of the SVG and use “Assemble” by right click
9. Ensure that the sequence of the assembly is correct. “kallaxBoxLabels_Label.STL" has to be in first position, else the icon will not be shown after slicing
10. Slice the sign to check if it shows up like expected

Possible problems:

• too thin lines will not be shown

Ich habe druckbare Schilder inklusive Halterung für Ikea Kallax Boxen (Dröna) entworfen. Die Label können von rechts in den Clip geschoben werden und falls zu fest sitzend mit einem Schraubenzieher von links wieder entfernt werden. Ich empfehle erstmal ein leeres Label zu drucken um den Sitz zu prüfen, sollte aber für Bambu Drucker passen. Alternativ kann man auch mit einem Hand Entgrater die Kanten des Labels einmal leicht abziehen.

Druck Einstellungen:

Die Label sollen mit 0,2 mm (oder weniger) Schichthöhe gedruckt werden. Aufpassen bei der Orientierung, die breitere Seite sollte nach unten zeigen. Vermutlich ist es ohne AMS möglich mit einem manuellen Filament Wechsel einfarbige Logos zu drucken aber das hab ich nicht getestet.

Der Clip kann ohne Support gedruckt werden. Ich habe eine normale Version, welche einfach zu entfernen ist und einen fester sitzenden um zu verhindern dass er von Kindern sofort entfernt wird.

Für weitere Labels einfach melden oder selbst eins entwerfen, geht ziemlich einfach:

1. SVG Icon runterladen (Farbe spielt keine Rolle) (z.B. von https://www.iconfinder.com)
2. SVG über hinzufügen in Bambu Studio einfügen, genauso wie mit jeder STL
3. Mit “einheitliche Skala” so skalieren dass Y maximal 16 mm groß ist, bei breiten Icons darf X 35 mm nicht überschreiten
4. Jetzt “einheitliche Skala” deaktivieren und Z auf 0,2 mm skalieren
5. Am besten über das “Objekte” Menü das Icon einfärben
6. Rechtsklick auf das SVG für “Mitte” um das Objekt zu zentrieren
7. Rechtsklick auf das leere Label “Mitte” um das Objekt zu zentrieren
8. Leeres label und SVG markieren, dann Rechtsklick und “Zusammenbauen”
9. Ggf. muss die Reihenfolge des Zusammenbaus geändert werden. “kallaxBoxLabels_Label.STL” muss immer an erster Stelle stehen sonst wird beim slicen das Icon nicht angezeigt
10. Jetzt das Label noch slicen um sicher zu gehen dass es richtig angezeigt wird
