Description

This is a tea light base to have a snap fit on my Lighted Can models here-

https://makerworld.com/en/collections/3991480.

These print profiles do not include the Coke Zero can shown. Model shown connected to this base is here-

https://makerworld.com/en/models/1084788

A couple different versions (check back if they aren't available yet)

  1. Fits “Actual Size” versions of my designs for a 37mm diameter tea light (like the one sold by Bambu)
    1. Snug fit version (try first this one first) on Plate 1
    2. Looser Fit version on Plate 2 if the “snug” version doesn't work for you.
  2. Fits “tea light” size versions of my designs for a 37mm diameter tea light (like the one sold by Bambu)
    1. Snug fit version (try first this one first) on Plate 1
    2. Looser Fit version on Plate 2 if the “snug” version doesn't work for you.

Final model sizing can vary due to a number of things - different filament manufacturers, different slicing profiles etc.  There may need to be slight sizing tweaks to get the model to fit just perfectly to the tea light and/or the can.  Typically a scaling of +/- 1-5% (e.g. 101-105% or 95-99% ) is perfect to get the right fit. In Bambu Studio you can do this through the scaling function-

I'd recommend just doing X and Y and leaving Z alone.

Let me know if I can help you figure out any issues, and if you have a different diameter tea light you'd like to see this design adapted to.
