I've been using more or less this design for years.   now that I have an FDM I wanted to re-print.   printed 2 of these in ABS and they printed perfectly, each weighed I'm around 57g

333 for strength given the battery are heavy. Takes a bit under 2.5 hours to print but well worth it

Same as default but the letters are a different colour, really makes it pop. does double the print time however

Multi Colour 0.2mm layer, 3 walls, 30% infill

Tough enough to survive being mounted in a van and hold the larger 5Ah+ batteries.&nbsp;&nbsp;The same as gertlind's remix, based of otisinc's battery holder, but added a 1mm recessed Ryobi logo on the curved top of the battery holder.
