Description
Hot Glue Waterproofing Mold for Soldered Wires
Need a quick and effective way to protect soldered wire connections from moisture and wear? This custom-designed mold lets you encase your soldered joints in hot glue, creating a strong, flexible, and water-resistant seal. Perfect for DIY electronics, automotive wiring, and outdoor projects—just print, cast, and insulate!
How to Use:
1️⃣ Print – 3D print the mold using your preferred filament (PLA, PETG, or ABS recommended).
2️⃣ Rub with Cooking Oil – Lightly coat the inside of the mold with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
3️⃣ Fill with Hot Glue – Place your soldered wires inside the mold and carefully fill with hot glue. Let it fully cool before removing.
💡 Tip: Use high-temperature hot glue for a stronger bond and better water resistance!
