This should help dampen the liftgate and eliminate the infamous rattle of the Ioniq 5. This design fits the pads on the liftgate, rather than the ones on the frame/body of the car. You will need two (2x) of these units, one per side.

I modeled this after my 2023 Ioniq 5... I hear it fits Kia EV6, Genesis GV, and other Hyundai/Kia models but I cannot confirm this.

Additionally, try bringing the tailgate (bottom) rubberized threaded bumpers out half a turn at a time and this may be enough to make the rattle go away.

Always consider the temperature range in your region when selecting materials to print functional parts. I used ABS on a P1S. PLA may be good enough for some.
