Washbasin Overflow Drain Cover

Most circular overflow drain openings measure 22-24 millimeters in diameter; this stopper is compatible, but measurement before printing is recommended

The stopper's outer diameter is 30 millimeters, with a 22-millimeter inner diameter

Four styles of sink overflow drain covers are available:

1, Open style, fully open. If your sink drain can be closed, this is recommended as a replacement for your old one; when the water is full, it allows for smooth drainage, preventing overflow onto the floor

2, Annular perforated style (use with caution; overflow risk may exist); the overflow rate is reduced; if the sink drain is closed and the faucet flow rate exceeds the overflow drain flow rate, water may overflow the sink onto the floor. Use with caution. It is recommended to close the sink drain, test whether the overflow drain can drain promptly after installing this stopper before use. This style offers better overflow capacity than the circular perforated style

3,Circular perforated style (use with caution; overflow risk may exist); the overflow rate is reduced; test before use; the reduction is greater than that of the annular perforated style

4, Solid stopper, completely closed (use with caution; overflow risk may exist), fully sealed, prevents overflow. If the sink drain can be closed, if the drain is closed and the faucet is left on or leaks, water may continually overflow onto the floor. Use only in specific situations, such as when the drain remains permanently open, or when a high water level is required in the sink for odor or pest prevention

1, The four tabs, to ensure ease of insertion and removal, cannot be excessively thick and therefore cannot withstand excessive force. When removing from the build plate, do not pull forcefully by the tabs; otherwise, they may break

2, PLA material is unsuitable for models requiring prolonged water contact; PETG, ABS, etc. are more suitable
