Wall Line Width: The single wall width is preset in the slicer and corresponds to the nozzle size being used. For a 0.4 mm nozzle, the width of a single line is 0.4 mm. A larger line width will provide a much stronger print, and a larger nozzle size will provide a larger line width. But replacing the nozzle is not the only way: a 0.4 mm nozzle can also give you a wall thickness of up to 0.6 mm if you make the following two settings correctly.  Temperature:Vase mode or not, dialing in your temperature settings goes a long way. The larger nozzle size pushes much more material, so a 0.6mm nozzle will need a slightly higher temperature than a 0.4mm nozzle. And the same thing happens when you print with a larger line width. Try increasing the temperature in five-degree increments.  Speed: Vase mode must be slow. Each layer requires sufficient cooling time. Also, if the line width is larger, you have to go slower. A wall printing speed of 25–30 mm/s is a good starting point.
