Wondering if anyone can help me here — I printed this and it printed great, but the pieces seem more wide spread than the board? When I look closely at the model this seems like they are different distances as well. I see that may have printed it successfully, so I am wondering what I am missing here?

Yes, you are right. However, this part is not used vertically or horizontally, but diagonally. Therefore, these points are horizontally measured. I hope I was able to help you with this. 🙂
