Split Flap Picture Frame

Description
Polaroid-Inspired Split-Flap Picture Frame!
I designed this as a Valentine's Day gift to my wife for displaying family pictures on her desk (the stock photos shown are not family lol).
This photo frame holds 8 wallet-sized (3" x 5") photos. Rotating the crank changes the picture shown with a satisfying clack.
Assembly instructions:
- Use one of the flaps and a sharp blade to cut your photos to the right size.
- Tip: mark the tops of each photo beforehand, and use the same side of the flap for the bottom of each photo. I use the side with the thicker bottom, as this is the bottom of the Instamatic prints

- Slide the photo pairs into the flaps.
- Arrange the flaps into one of the wheels
- Line the other wheel up carefully so that the squares line up. Slide the top wheel on, sandwiching the flaps between the wheels.
- This may require some careful positioning and patience.

- Slide the assembly of flaps and wheels into the housing so that only one flap sits in front of the bottom stopper.
- Feed the axle/shaft through the right side.
- Attach the crank handle
- (OPTIONAL): Pop on the TPU feet
If the flaps become stuck:
Turn the whole assembly upside-down, spin the handle opposite the normal direction for half a turn, then while turning the handle in the normal direction, flip the frame back right-side up.
