Description

Introducing my new Picatinny Rail Protector with Cable Management HONEYCOMB STYLE

Discover a sleek and functional solution for your picatinny rail with my newly designed protector. Here’s why you'll love it:

  • Minimalist Design: Protects sharp edges without taking up too much space.
  • Cable Management: Securely holds cables up to 4mm in diameter, keeping your setup clean and organized.
  • Versatile Stacking: Each piece is 20mm long, allowing you to cover sections or the entire rail as needed. Stack as many as you need!
  • Secure Fit: Easy installation with a satisfying "click" lock. No tools required!
  • Simple Removal: Easily disassembled with common tools like a small pry bar, screwdriver, or even a butter knife.
  • Durable Material: Recommended for printing with PETG or other high-temperature resistant plastics for longevity and performance.

They fit perfectly and the pattern is flawless You can position the cable grommet to your preference I have only printed version 2 with the cable grommet so far but I'll certainly print the others too I'm already printing more in caramel to see how they turn out A version with cable grommets on both sides to accommodate more cables or simply for aesthetic symmetry would be fantastic For now I'm placing one piece upwards and the next downwards to allow cable routing along the sides and it also looks 👌

A big thank you for your review and for showing pictures, so fun to see! I’ll take your feedback into account and will consider making a model with a double cable holder when i get time! A huge thanks for your message! If you appreciate what I do, I’d be super happy for a thumbs up, or maybe even a boost!

Later I realised that having cable glands on both sides would make removal more complex, 😅though not impossible
