Where do you insert the lighting? The only hole is the hanger hole in the back.

The model has a negative box included on the model that will create the hole when sliced. I do this for my models so you can choose where you want to put the cord coming out instead of me deciding for you. :)

what colors are these? Red, white light blue, navy, tan, off white and black?

Red, White, Black, the lightest blue you can find, a light blue, and then a navy blue, yes. You could take a light blue and paint the insides of the lightest parts white and put one layer of black on it to make the darker blue also. It looks weird on the inside, but it translates accordingly to the outside.
