Description

This Octobenchy was designed by SUNLU. It is a variant of the classic Benchy, which is commonly used for 3D printer testing. This model provides a more stringent test for 3D printers. Note that this model is a print-in-place model that needs NO support. If you want 3D print models as perfect as the ones pictured, please 3D print using PLA filament.

Model description says it can be printed without supports. I guess that's true since it finished just fine but there are a few parts that could probably use supports so it looks better. Also, the bottom looks like it is not flat so only a portion of the print is on the bed. This makes the logo on the bottom not print cleanly. Overall a fun little print though.

One of my favorite prints in PETG. I love the combination of the bench with the tentacles. My first PETG print so I learned slower is better.

cool model. but theres no way it can print without supports. if you look at layers ~151 - 158, (using their print profile) you can see a region of the tentical that prints as an "island" nothing under it, or left/right/front/back. just air in all directions.
