Description

*UPDATE: Increased the hole size in the middle chamber to minimize flower sticking and ensuring the product falls through to the storage chamber. Chamfered inside edges on 1st top chamber for the same results.

3-Chamber Herb Grinder, an efficient tool for enthusiasts. Inspired by turbine blades, the grinding surface provides consistent grind. Press-fit capture chamber securely contains ground material, preventing spills. Edges are knurled for secure grip during operation.

Haven't gotten a chance to use it yet, but it's a very solid design. Had to manually pain in supports, as if auto-supports are applied the model kinda....breaks itself. With a little bit of cleaning up with an exacto-blade, it looks great ! Might want to increase the thickness of the top layer.

Thank you, sir! I've got to tweak some things for sure, I will probably add in some removable supports to the model and will definitely increase the top layer thickness based on your recommendation. :)

Update: Friend got a chance to use the grinder, works great, but the stickier bits of....flowers from my garden (lol) do get a little stuck in the upper chamber. I'd assume that this will only be a problem when using stronger and sticker types of....flowers ;)

it looks very and also prints well. it takes some effort to remove support, but that is to be expected. My issue is that it doesnt grind well. in the version i printed the holes are way to large. Very large chuncks of herbs gets stuck.

Hey Rune, thanks for the feedback. I'll add a separate model file with holes that are slightly smaller so each individual can choose which one they want. Previously, I had the holes smaller but there were some issues with herbs getting stuck, so I increased the size. I'll upload later and will add a separate profile for the revision. Cheers!

Sorry but support for the middle part is too difficult to remove. I don't like this type of slice method.

Missing Model Parts:middle portion seemed to print partially. there is no way to connect the middle to the bottom and there appears to be some extrusion issues. I'm sure it's a great grinder I just don't know what happened.
