Layer height tests/visualizers

Here are some test models to visualize different layer heights using 5mm steps.

The layer height increases by 0.02mm per 5mm step using the height range modifier.

Outer and inner wall speeds were set to 80mm/s (0.4 Nozzle), but feel free to use any other speeds.

There are two raw model files included, so feel free to use the files for more ideas like testing fuzzy skin settings or so.

0.08-0.28mm was designed for Bambu Lab 0.4mm Nozzles

0.12-0.42mm was designed for Bambu Lab 0.6mm Nozzles
