The bottom case is designed to accommodate the default foam around the Flipper Zero. If the foam isn’t installed, a slight gap will be present around the edges.

For assembly, you’ll need 6x M3-20mm screws.

incorrect files. the lower half does not allow the foam to fit. it seems to be for a flipper in a silicone case.

Did you accidentally remove the negative section designed to accommodate the default Flipper Zero foam?

I just downloaded and printed. the bottom section has been modified you can see the original rectangular cutout but also the flipper slilicone case shape built into the rectangle.

actually yes there is a negative section. You should really have that in the description so people know it’s there. The model itself is wrong it is only the negative cut out that corrects it but that’s not in the model file when you open in another software
