Here is a RC cars body clip tabs for easy clip removal. Use a pencil or another object to spread the clip open so you can install tab without damaging it.
I tried 3 different RC clips and they all worked for me with this print profile. The fit is not lose but it is tight but they will slide on. One thing that I noticed is that basic PLA is not great for them because it doesn't have any toughness to it and it doesn't allow any stretch and they will fail eventually after pulling on them many times. Also, is key to open the clip when installing the tabs and not force them on to not damage them. Any I went ahead anyway and made a very small change by changing the hole diameter by +0.05mm and the total thickness by 0.1mm. It is not much at all but like I said it worked for me the way it was. Thanks.
If you use standard PLA is somewhat weak specially if you stress the material during installation. If you use PLA + and really open the clip wide so you don't have to stress the tab and just slide it on it should last. If make the clip area thicker to make it stronger or wider than it would be more difficult install. 3D printing has some limitations. Thanks for the feedback.
