My proposal for a safety door stop, when this is to be used to secure an open door.It can also be used as a stop under the door in case you need to secure the door against opening.

To increase safety in the event of closing the hotel door, or additional safety blocking of the door in the event of movement of the shooter in the building.

For greater security, I recommend gluing the base with rubber.
