I can't get the arrowhead on both side to come out leaving holes what am i doing wrong

yes it's when doing the arrowhead not filling in and leaving holes rest comes out good

still working on this one. had a layer shift after the poop shoot clogged. don't really think there's anything wrong with the p;rofile.

Other Issues:I made sure and selected p1s and.4 but it would keep pushing past the edge of the bed and make a grinding noise while printing
