Brio / Lillabo - Any Length Straight Track

This is a basic straight track for your standard wood train sets from Ikea, Brio, and others. It can be customized in Bambu Studio for any length by following a few steps in the slicer. You can create up 320 mm (215 on A1 Mini) long tracks.  If you make your own custom length, please feel free to upload the profile!  

Since customizing won't be doable from the Bambu Handy app, and they're easy to make, I have included a bunch of different profiles for various lengths to select from.

To Create a Custom Length in Bambu Studio

Step 1: Select the “Straight Track Blank” object inside the assembly. Use the Scale feature to scale the X direction only (make sure uniform scale is off) to the length you desire.

Step 2: Select the entire assembly. Use the assemble feature to attach the male connector to the end of the track. Select the track end face first, then the connector face (as shown below). Set “Parallel_distance” to zero. 

Step 3: Repeat Step 2 with the Female Connector Negative Part. 

Step 4: Long tracks may need to be rotated 45 degrees to stay on the plate. Then Slice and Print!
