Description
The main structure is 3D printed, reinforced with a 3 mm diameter × 30 mm long steel pin at the hook and a 3 mm diameter × 25 mm long stainless steel pin at the toggle. The design is optimized for support-free printing.

The main structure is fabricated via 3D printing. The hook component is reinforced with a 3 mm diameter × 30 mm long steel pin, while the toggle latch mechanism is secured by a 3 mm diameter × 25 mm long stainless steel pin. The entire design is optimized for support-free printing.

An additional Test Bench folder contains a dedicated testing fixture model for validating latching performance. During installation, the latch and hook components can be secured with 6 screws while allowing minor front-back sliding movement.

Hook Side Specifications: Steel pin with 20 mm length and 3 mm diameter;

Latch Side Design: 3.5 mm diameter counterbore mounting holes on the opposing side with 26 mm center-to-center spacing;

Locked Center Distance (C-C): 13.6 mm between the hook-side pin center and the opposing mounting hole center when fully locked;

Support Gasket: A ~2 mm thick elastic gasket must be installed between the hook and mating side to stabilize clamping force. Note: With the gasket installed, the pre-locking C-C distance should remain within 14 mm to 15 mm.
Note:
Print the support gasket using TPU or other flexible materials;
Clean residual material from printed holes with a 3 mm drill bit prior to steel pin insertion.
