Beautiful tool for making your homemade Ravioli, with the Bambulab logo printed on it, the Raviolo also has a rectangular shape that reflects the Bambulab logo.
Hi, I'm sorry about what happened.
It's strange because many have already printed it and it never happened.
A question, I saw that you wrote 250g of model, but in reality it is more than 300g in single colour, or 380 grams with 2 colours.
Did you happen to make the model smaller? Because in that case the tolerances are reduced and it risks blocking, because there is not enough space for printing, and the layers merge together.
in that area there are 2 modifiers, which allow you to fill that area to 100%, did you notice if they were present during the scroller? because if for any reason they were not present, that area actually remains dull.
From the photo you posted, it seems that that point is not 100% filled.
in fact I dont really remember the exact amount of filament, I just knew it was 2xx gr. So i took the middle.
No I didnt change anything to the settings or the size. I wasnt even able to move the hinge with a pair of pliers.
Yes there were 2 modifiers (yellow cubes). I didnt look into it what it is.
If you are interested, it was printed on a X1C/AMS with orange ESUN PLA+ with automatic calibration before the print.
thanks for the replies.
it was just to understand if there had been any changes, just to look for where the problem is.
Honestly, I also printed it with an x1c with ams and with green Bambulab filament (as you can see from the photos, they are not renderings, but I actually printed it and used it) and I didn't encounter your problem.
Out of curiosity, did you also have the same problem on the opposite side, or just on one side?
This way I can see if there is a problem on the model only on one side or on both sides.
Then I try to give it a little more air between the moving parts, and to strengthen even more the part that broke.
I'm really sorry that your print was ruined, if I could, I would give you back the material you wasted.
great print there was a few stray filament strings on the bottom of the press arm but they are easily removed with no dammage to the press. works great right out of the printer. no assembly required. and the raised lettering is well done. thanks for the ravioli maker!
