- Recommended Filaments: Vase mode means the walls are thin so even normal pla will allow light through. I do like these in a transparent PETG but plain PLA works great too. I feel like i shouldn't need to say this but apparently i do. Matte and solid dark filaments wont transmit the light as well so use a transparent or a light pla like i link below.
