This clock is approximately 225mm in diameter.
Almost any clock mechanism should work as long as the threaded shaft is 8-10mm long at a minimum and less then 60mm square. I purchase my clock mechanisms on AliExpress. You can also buy them on Amazon at: https://a.co/d/bsVz8dp
