Chips clips

Summary

I designed a chips style 3D print clip, the chips part could be according to different flavor you like

the design without spring

Filament

the clip part I recommend PETG as the filament to get better strength and toughness

the chip part I recommend PLA as the filament, it will surrport you to get better surface quality in overhang area

Printing Instructions:

You will need these parts to make a complete chips clip:

1. chips part X2 (it's the same model in the raw model)
2. clips X1

Assembly

I design a slide way on the clips, push the chips part in the slide way you can complete assembly!

the tolerance won't be tight , I add some clearance will help you assemble smoothly

• if you want to slicing by yourself, make sure the arrow point side on the print plate

If you have some problem during combine the part, maybe remove the bur on the the slide way entrance will be helpful
