A little bit of warping on the lid and the top layer of the lid is quite ugly in general but function wise good design :)

do the lid need support ?

Shouldn't do - I try to make stuff supportless where possible. Just print it with the finger-tab facing up. I used .2mm layer heights for things and it slotted together fine for me :)
(I assume you were able to get it opened in cura?)
